As part of the Clinical Proteomics Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC), we are focusing on the application of computational and statistical methods to model biological systems and human heath. Our primary focus within this study is in the analysis of proteomics, genomics and transcriptomics of breast cancer tumors to allow for better understanding of the static and dynamic status of the disease.
