Multiomics
The laboratory of computational multiomics leverages cutting-edge technologies to understand cardiovascular and immunological disorders through data integration, visualization and predictive modeling. We specialize in applying computational and statistical methods to spatial transcriptomics, multimodal single cell profiling, proteogenomics, genomics, and metabolomics data to identify molecular markers of risk and disease-driving mechanisms. Our work also involves the development of innovative approaches to analyze and visualize high-dimensional datasets, enabling clearer insights from multimodal biological and clinical data.
